Open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and whose primary residence is located in Lee County, Florida. Both homeowners and renters are eligible to enter and win.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses) and persons living in the same household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
The Giveaway begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on October 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 19, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the Giveaway.
Scan the QR code displayed at the Code Security Alarm booth at the Cape Coral Farmers Market, or visit win.codesecurityalarm.com/win, and complete the entry form with your full name, phone number, email address, and whether you own or rent your home. You may also ask a Code Security Alarm representative at the booth to help you complete the online form. There is no charge to enter.
Limit: one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per email address and phone number for the entire Entry Period. Additional submissions using the same email address or phone number will be merged into a single entry and will not increase the entrant's chances of winning. Text message consent and email marketing opt-in are optional and are not required to enter or win.
Entries that are incomplete, submitted after the Entry Period, or submitted by an ineligible person under Section 2 are not eligible. No other entries will be removed or rejected.
Every person who submits an entry will receive, by email, a $150 credit toward installation or equipment on a new security system purchased from Sponsor. The credit is provided to all entrants regardless of the outcome of the drawing, is not a prize, and is not awarded by chance. It is subject to its own terms stated in the email, including expiration on April 17, 2027. The credit cannot be applied to the Grand Prize. Using or not using the credit has no effect on the drawing.

No cash alternative. The prize is not transferable. Sponsor may substitute a component of equal or greater value only if an item becomes unavailable.
Prize agreement: The winner receives the Prima Home package installed plus 24 months of monitoring and app access on a 24-month agreement at no cost. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win, and the winner owes nothing for the prize. Around month 22, the winner may choose to continue service afterward on a standard 36-month agreement at Sponsor's then-current rates. Continuing is entirely the winner's choice; if the winner does not choose to continue, service ends at the end of month 24. The winner may decline the prize, in which case it will be offered to an alternate under Section 8. The ARV excludes sales tax.
Renters: installation at a rented residence requires the property owner's written permission. Sponsor will provide a permission form. If the winner cannot obtain permission within thirty (30) days of prize acceptance, the winner may instead have the prize installed at another residence in Lee County, Florida that the winner owns or occupies with the owner's permission, within ninety (90) days of prize acceptance. If neither is possible within that period, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner under Section 8.
The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize and any costs not listed above. The prize value is below the federal Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold for prizes awarded in 2026; the winner remains responsible for reporting the prize as required by law.
On or about December 22, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner, and three (3) ranked alternates, in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing is conducted using a computerized random selection method, and Sponsor will keep a record of the drawing, including the number of eligible entries and the time of the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the drawing and must respond within ten (10) days of the first notification attempt. The potential winner may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity release. If the potential winner does not respond within that time, is found ineligible under Section 2, or declines the prize, the prize will be offered to the next ranked alternate under the same terms.
For the name of the winner, send a request to [email protected] or to Sponsor's address in Section 1 within sixty (60) days after the drawing.
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost, delayed or not received because of technical failures. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of causes beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor will notify entrants and conduct the drawing from eligible entries received up to that point, to the extent permitted by law. These rules will not be changed after the Entry Period begins.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, including Section 849.094, Florida Statutes.
